· Acted as assistant and resident botanist to main investigator

· Navigated driving through the Nilgiri Ghats under all weather and terrain conditions (2-wheeler)

· Facilitated programme planning and publicity execution to bring in about 150 participants on a national scale

· Handled communications with scientists from USA, Brazil, Mexico, China, Japan and Sri Lanka for the International session of the symposium

· Responsible for all official email communications for the conference with society members, speakers, participants and businesses

· Supported all attendees with incoming queries, complaints and feedback

· Created a database of all incoming and outgoing travel plans of all delegates

· Facilitated collection and hospitality of VIP guests

· Handled all queries and complaints of the conference participants
