• Managing Haldia Panagarh LPG Pipeline a 200 km cross country green field project from Project Head office in Kolkata
• Successfully completed Hassan Cheralapalli LPG pipeline section of 240 kms in Andhra Pradesh in 2022, responsible for construction management of complete section.
• Active coordination with stakeholders (EPMC, vendor, and works contractors) and expediting the project progress from the FEED stage.
• Contracts management and administration of 40+ contracts, and coordinating with all package suppliers from the tendering to the delivery phase.

· Involved in active coordination with internal teams, vendors for timely submission of competitive techno-commercial offer meeting expectations of client.

Carrying out a technical risk analysis of the bid and formulating a mitigation plan for identified risks to management.
