• Technical License :- , Electrical Supervisor License issued by chief Electrical inspector Pdd Jk Gov india. Electrical Engineering license issued by chief Electrical inspector Pdd Jk Gov india.
• - Formulate, monitor and review HSE improvement plans to ensure implementation of requirements as per policy and best practice, integrated Management system. Maintain communication key with clients and monitoring HSE performance, HSE ROR, TBM, NATM. Environmental Monitoring & Assessment-impact & aspect, Environment Consent to establish (CTE) & Consent to operate (CTO), Stationery legal requirements, Key performance indicator, E&M Work. Daily TBT, Induction Training, Daily- Quarterly-weekly-Monthly reports, safety Hierarchy control. Observations of unsafe act & condition, Near miss, First aid, LOTO Precautions, incident /Accident control awareness, Hazards identification risk assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Critical equipment analysis, Tools & Tackles safety, taking suitable action for resolving health safety Environment related issues/problems, Electrocution safety, Chemical & Mechanical Safety. Accident and incident investigation, workplace inspections and internal / external audits. Provide expertise in Quality, Heath, Safety, Environment, Food Hygiene and Risk analysis function, Support the deployment of HSE tools and systems on site, Excavation safety , Vehicle safety. Checklists of equipments, tunnel safety, UG work in/out entry, Housekeeping & materials stacking. Mock drill for flood Evacuation/ fire/occupational emergency & ERT & site EHS Related Plans. All reports send to Project head, GM , Head office, PMC & clients for monitoring Purpose , safety meetings with site teams, contractors, clients & other body. Proper illumination & ventilation, flammable gas inspection as per requirement. Prevent from any dangerous occurrence in underground & open work at project site. Ensuring sites are safe and clean, undergoing work inspections, proper material staging. Monitored all health and safety activities, ensured appropriate action & implementation. Inspect work site of any hazardous work activities and performed safety analysis. Job base training & planned monthly training at site, site waste disposal system. Maintain Environment monitoring & environment 6 months statement submitted to clients. Monthly ESG report collected & updated in earth portal & submitted to HO & Client as per requirements & site coordinator with all departments. Grievance Resolution at site with all contractors & workmen internal & external issues resolved. Psychological safety & psychological danger awareness, Prevention & controls measures. Ensuring sites are safe and clean, analyzed all site accidents/incidents/near miss/ unsafe act/condition to recommended for correction, Proper use of Personal Protective Equipments
