  • The Account lock can be removed by calling analyst team in Global Support Team (GSC), verification of account details by the analyst, finding the cause and updating the Active Roles to release the lock., The Scope this process is to get the patch details from Microsoft Update Catalog based on the list of names (patch names) mentioned in the Excel Sheet (Which is Master Excel)
  • There is one more excel sheet which is Owner Details and Latest Patch Details
  • Bot should pick the Host Name and filter it in the latest patch details excel sheet read patch details (like OS Name and patch title) and compare this in the master excel sheet which is matched or not matched
  • Finally, bot needs to create a list of Unmatched patches list separately and get the Owner details and email address from Owner excel sheet based on Host Name then send an email with Unmatched patch details and ask for the Status (Approval, Reject, Reschedule)
