Managing day to day billing , invoicing and order processing activities.

• Handling the customer relationship by call to the customer and to know the issues from our end. Handling key customers to retain them with our brand and to enhance the relationship with them to have the smooth sales.
• Coordinating with DSR, SO and with dispatch team and streamlined operations and tasks to effectively boost sales and revenue by 20%.
• Managing approximately 30 to 40 calls, emails from customers and salesman to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handling accounts for our division and ensure to not having any financial issues using busy, tally and excellon software.

• Worked for 3 years as ADMIN MANAGER also maintaining accounts.
• Handled the customer relationship with all the dealers to increase the sales and to achieve target of DB.
• Effectively managed all marketing functions, overseeing brand management, product launches, advertising initiatives, increase in brand visibility and consumer engagement.
