PROPANE DE-HYDRATION PLANT having CATOFIN-ABB which produces455 KTA of propylene by feed propane as a raw material, consists of Hot section, cold section, Tank form and utilities.

• M/s SAUDI BUTANOL COMPONY, Saudi Arabia, SABUCO is low-pressure OXO - ALCOHOLS PLANT having Tata Honeywell TDC 3000 DCS system, designed by M/s Davy McKee Limited, England, which produces 3300 MTPA Oxo- Alcohols (N-Butanol and I-Butanol) with natural gas and propylene as raw materials, consists of synthesis gas plant, aldehyde plant, alcohol plant and utilities.
• Joined as Pre-commissioning /commissioning operator for synthesis gas plant and took appreciation certificate by staff.
• Involved in making various training procedures & planning.
• Good coordination with shift supervisor and shift team for smooth operation and routine jobs.
• Good Co-ordination with maintenance for maintenance works.
• Follow LOTO (lockout/tag out) procedure before releasing any job to maintenance.

• Gained knowledge in reading P&ID
• Collected samples to support plant production and regulatory compliance
