Major Projects, Duties and responsibilities :

• Construction of Ernakulam Market:- Electrical Load calculation and design of G+4 Commercial building , checking and approval of Electrical SLD and Layouts, Checking and approval of GA drawings of RMU, Transformers, MV/LV Panels and MCC Panels
• Construction of Fort Kochi Thaluk Hospital, Construction of W&C Hospital Mattanchery, Construction of Calvathy Higher secondary School , Construction of Community Hall at Calvathy :- Electrical load calculation and design up to a connected load of 90 kW Electrical system with 62.5 kVA/100 kVA & 125 kVA DG Set, including preparation of Electrical SLD, Electrical estimation and Quantity calculation, Preparation Electrical contract documents and Technical Specifications, checking and approving Revised estimation, Rate analysis etc
• Smart City LED Project, Electrical infrastructure and beautification of various open spaces in Kochi:- External lighting design of National level Foot ball open stadium, implementation of 40,000 LED street lights in Kochi corporation, Checking and approval of external lighting layouts and lux levels.

Major Projects, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Electrical Design of Construction of T3 Expansion for CIAL:- Electrical load calculation and design of 55318.00 Sq.M Cochin international Air Port Terminal 3 building , Including Design of HT Panels and PSS, Planning and positioning of Electrical rooms and various control centres, Preparation of Electrical SLD of HT and LT system.
• Kasaragod Medical College – Hospital Block :- Electrical Load calculation and design of 37653 Sq.M Hospital building, including design of RMU, Transformers, DG Sets, UPS, LV Distributions and Internal & External Lighting design.
• Construction of GSE building for CIAL, Construction of Thaluk Hospital at Neeleswaram, Construction of Multiplex theater at Payam,Research Scholars hostel for MG University, :- Design of Electrical system up to 11 kV including Load calculation, selection of MV & LV Switch gears, Protection Relays, Cables sizing, preparation of estimates using of varies items, quantity calculation and documentation, Preparation Electrical contract documents and Technical Specifications
• Upgradation of Railway stations under Amrit Bharath Scheme (Indian Railways) :- External and internal lighting design, Checking and approving of electrical layouts.

• SND Factory at Thiruvallur Chennai:- Electrical system design of 2000 Sq.M Industrial factory area including load calculation, Preparation of Electrical SLD, Design of Electrical Panels and MCCs of various type industrial Motors and equipments, Estimation and quantity calculations.
• MVM NOVA School at Nollambur, Chennai,Mayflower School at Nandiyalam, Chennai, NSN School’ at Kundrathur, Chennai, Tagroz India Limited at Taj Club house Road, Chennai. Load calculation, Preparation of Electrical SLD, Estimation and quantity calculations, Preparation of Technical specification and Contract document,Tender evaluation which includes preparing comparative tables, contract documents, Look into the quality of the work that includes monitoring of operating parameters, approval of samples, and do provide daily/weekly reports as it demands

Major Projects, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Construction of New Super Specialty Block for General Hospital Ernakulam: Electrical Load calculation and design of G+7 Hospital building including 1000 kVA Transformer, 625 x2 kVA DG Set,100+60 kVA UPS,
• Expansion of Existing Trauma Care Unit for General Hospital Ernakulam, Upgrading School as centers of excellence-Infrastructure development-GHSS Kallil, Ernakulam, Upgrading School as centers of excellence-Infrastructure development-GHSS Kuttamassery, Ernakulam, Upgrading School as centers of excellence-Infrastructure development-GHSS Vennala,Ernakulam, Muziris Heritage Projects:- Kodungallur Temple Museum, Mala Synagogue, Cheraman Juma Masjid, Paliyam Oottupura, St.Sebastian Parsonage, Repair and maintenance of Holy Cross Church, Munakkal Beach development:-
• Preparation of Electrical SLD,Preparation of Electrical and ELV drawings, Checking and verifying revised estimation and rate analysis, Drawings checking and approval, Ensure Quality control in accordance with IS/Procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans,Verifying the bills submitted by the contractor within the specified time limit

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Electrical SLD and Drawing preparation, Load calculation
• Design of Wiring and Conduit Plan
• Supervising and monitoring the installation works on site and allocating the works to individuals
• Attend Site inspection and site meetings, preparation and presentation of status of project
• Ensure the QC/QA approvals for materials and schematics
• Detailed engineering, preparation of standard installation details
• Preparation of Electrical Material take off & Material Requisition of Project Specific Electrical equipment
