• Coordination of trials and technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaboration with industry partners including machine manufacturers, material suppliers, and OEMs.
• CT is responsible for the product in its technical totality and its entrepreneurial development – from enquiries to benchmarking, development, innovation, and technical support.

Key Achievements:

• Successfully established a flat lamination line for acrylic laminates in India with defined quality norms and optimized processing parameters.
• Conceptualized and specified the RAUVISIO Riviera range of acrylic laminates tailored to Indian market needs—successfully balancing cost, quality, and manufacturability.
• Independently tailored hotmelt adhesive variants for the Indian market; REHAU India is now the third-largest supplier in the segment.
• Conducted technical and competitor analysis, and authored specifications for REHAU’s solid surface materials—now a top-selling product line.
• Developed water-based adhesives and customized EVA emulsions for manual pressing of acrylic laminates—industry-first innovations now followed by competitors.
• Pioneered local chamfering techniques and developed processing parameters for 2mm thick acrylic laminates.

Led independent development of:

• Roller Shutter Systems: Easyline, Crystal Line, Crystal Line Neo.
• Cost-optimized plinth leg formulations with uncompromised strength.
• Tooling for plinth covers in India.
• Exterior wall cladding systems.
• SPC flooring solutions.
