  • From 2018 to till date, DGM (Electrical Maintenance) in A 3000MW Super thermal power plant and responsible for maintenance of all Power & LT Transformers (200 MVA GTs, 60 MVA STs, 48 MVAs UTs), Other HT/LT transformers, 11KV network, 400/132KV Switchyard, Plant PA system, Plant lighting & cabling system etc.
  • Department's IMS (Integrated management system) coordinator, responsible for working within the purview of ISO-9001 (QMS), ISO-14001(EMS) & ISO-45001 (OHSMS) & with in the legal boundary of the standards.
  • Quality manager of our NABL accredited “Electrical Testing lab” for Testing of Current transformers.

  • Posted in Singrauli Super Thermal Power Plant of 2000 MW capacity Worked in Fuel handling Operation & maintenance of 2000MW capacity and was responsible for operation of “Coal handling Plant” for ensuring availability of coal to all the stages of 2000MW plant for smooth running throughout the year.
  • Responsible for effective co-ordination with CIL's (Coal India Limited) Subsidiary named NCL for supply of coal as per FSA (fuel supply agreement) and responsible for safe unloading, feeding & storage of almost 35000 to 40000 MT of coal every day for feeding to coal bunkers & storage to coal yard as required.
  • Being a shift charge engineer, responsible for effective co-ordination with main plant operation & various other internal interested parties like Mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, Planning dept, Contracts & materials functions etc.

The enthusiastic learners and trouble shooter., Extensive experience of Mechanical maintenance where I was responsible for maintenance of various 'Heavy earth Moving Equipments' like Dozer, Hydra, pay loader etc. and responsible for various R&M (Renovation & modernization) activities., Several capital projects got completed under my supervision like Procurement of 06 Nos. of BD 355 BEML make Heavy equipment Dozers, DFDS system installation in Crusher house, MVW based Fire detection & prevention system in Stackers/Reclaimers, New Electronic Belt weighers, Revival of heavy dozer engines with BEML (Bharat Earths Movers ltd.).
