- Take responsibility for overseeing the entire 3PL PCS operations ensuring smooth functioning
- A daily prayer session is to be held at 8:50 am, providing an opportunity to address employee concerns and discuss operational tasks
- Collect the next day's production plan from the planner by 2 PM each day and collaborate with the 3PL HR executive to plan manpower accordingly
- Allocate manpower department wise and assign daily targets to meet the business requirements of PCS
- Monitor and track productivity department wise (inbound, outbound, and production), implement relevant measures to improve efficiency and performance
- Ensure an adequate supply of bulk and packing materials in the production area as per production plan at the end of each production day to facilitate a smooth start for the next day's production
- Maintain discipline among the workforce at all times during their work at PCS, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
- Ensure the proper handover of leftover bulk and packing materials at the inbound section and refraction materials at the designated section on a daily basis
- Prepare daily MIS reports, including Plan vs Production reports, inward and outward material reports to provide insights into operational performance
- Maintain accurate stock records in the bulk, packing material and FG sections to prevent discrepancies and optimize inventory management
- Handle and respond to legal notices received from government authorities, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations in consultation with PCS Head
- Ensure that all employees undergo an annual medical checkup in accordance with FSSAI guidelines
