To follow blue prints for the project that involves using a horizontal bandsaw, lathe, mill, drill press, shear, hydraulic press and plasma. With these machines I am able to craft parts for the project. I have to use measuring tape, combination square and protractor for accurate measurements and markings. Occasionally will help in painting, assembling and welding parts if needed. When we receive material I unload and store the material in a orderly manner while keeping inventory of the material. When a new employee arrives, I am training them on how to operate the machines and the process of reading the blue print to turn the raw material into a usable part for the project.
Repairing and maintaining the attractions to proper state safety standards. In the off season, winterizing the attractions and repairing/ rebuilding the coaster cars. Every morning starting and inspecting the attractions to make sure they are up to proper state operational standards. During my time there i was in charge of assigning tasking to other mechanics for the daily task after having a meeting with my manager. During the season, when the park was open I would respond to all attraction concerns called in by the ride operators and fix any issues that arose throughout the day.
Oven tender: load, unload, cut, box and plate the food that is loaded on the order rack.
Delivery driver: deliver, prep orders and assist when not busy.
Make line: follow the order tickets to create the pizza or other food on the ticket. Prep ingredients in the morning while keeping track of inventory.
With all positions, keeping their respected areas clean and organized.
When slowed i would assist in taking orders, delivering orders to tables or helping wash the dirty dishes or put up clean dishes. If ever a area is busy, I would step in and assist them if my area was slow so they would not fall behind.
When a new hire started, I would train them to company standards in oven tending, make line or delivery.
