- Lead and manage end-to-end strategic sourcing initiative for Information Technology ("IT") as a category including software, hardware and services predominantly for US, EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions
- Connect weekly with IT business owners from a Procurement standpoint to identify upcoming new/existing project requirements
- Conclude blueprint for sourcing strategy including historic contract/commercial assessment, outline negotiation strategy and identification of role/responsibilities of relevant teams such as legal, information security, business integration, budgeting and downstream partner in order to execute the engagement
- Negotiate with IT Vendors on various commercial and para-legal aspects including but not limited to creation pricing/utilization models, tier pricing and demand analysis, delivery/license options metric, maintenance and support models, renewal/exit price protection clauses, meaningful SLA through skilful drafting of SOW, Commercial Schedule and/or Order Forms
- Design, maintain and update multiple Google/Excel dashboards with API capabilities to periodically update stakeholders on IT spend, active projects, upcoming renewal and security review.
