· Managing orders end to end right from the beginning throughout the journey of customer connection.
· Solely responsible for handling various customers as the only point of contact.
· Co-ordinating with various departments to get the services back in case of any disruption to customer.
· Be quick to escalating matters and getting them resolved within the estimated time for better CSAT.
· Making sure the customer internet and phone services are connected without interruptions.
· Coaching the team and assisting team members in terms of queries and finding resolution to the issues.
· Driving team to achieve the target set by the company.
