• Managed end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for assigned providers, including claim creation, payment posting, accounts receivable (AR) follow-up, and denial management.
• Prepared and submitted monthly performance and aging reports during the first week of each month for management and client review.
• Trained and mentored new hires on denial management, AR follow-up processes, and medical billing software, enabling them to perform billing activities efficiently.
• Utilized medical billing platforms including Athena, WRS, AdvancedMD, and Medgen to manage billing workflows and maintain accurate documentation.
