• Played a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the GS1 customer membership portal using Outsystems.
• Demonstrated strong frontend development skills, writing custom CSS and JavaScript to deliver visually appealing and functional user interfaces.

APEI – American Public Education, Inc is a leading education service provider and offers educational programs and services through its subsidiaries: APUS, HCN, and RAS universities. We Create mobile apps and responsive web applications to onboard, collaborate and keep the students engaged at every step of their academic journey and we have also developed a centralized notification system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Led the development of a comprehensive student journey center platform for APEI, a leading education service provider.
• Developed use cases for the TED tool, enabling prospects to easily explore college options and associated fees
• Integrated the OneSignal plugin to implement a robust notification system.

The AA Vehicle Insurance application is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline insurance processes for client representatives. The web-based application, built using Pega, enables efficient creation of new insurance policies, provides breakdown assistance, and facilitates smooth payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivered critical functionalities for the AA Vehicle Insurance application, enabling client representatives to efficiently create new insurance policies, provide breakdown support, and process insurance payments.
• Independently implemented end-to-end policy creation and updating processes, demonstrating strong technical expertise.
• Leveraged Pega utilities effectively, including activities, data transforms, SOAP and REST connectors and services, and agents, to streamline development and enhance application performance.

Utilization management (UM) application defines a process that evaluates the efficiency, appropriateness, and medical necessity of the treatments, services, procedures, and facilities provided to patients on a case-by-case basis. This process is run by — or on behalf of — purchasers of medical services (i.e., insurance providers) rather than by doctors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Played a key role in developing a unified Utilization Management (UM) intake application to replace outdated systems and interfaces.
• Supported various functional areas by continuing to process requests and inquiries via phone and fax.
• Actively participated in a scrum development team, contributing to daily development tasks, story grooming sessions, and requirement analysis.

Project: RSM (Rainbow Service Management tool)

Customer service management tool (RSM Application) used by Citi Cards representatives to create a ticket against customer complaints. The application was built to resolve customer issues across all LOBs such as Retail, Private Banking, Consumer Assets, etc. We developed an AML KYC case management web application to fulfill Anti Money laundering KYC process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developed and maintained a Pega-based customer service management tool used by Citi Cards representatives to address customer complaints across various LOBs (Retail, Private Banking, Consumer Assets, AHS, etc.).
• Integrated the application with external systems using SOAP, REST, file connectors, and services to facilitate data exchange.
• Resolved complex technical issues through effective problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis.
