The project handles the compliance and advanced requirements of associates /management in the visa process of TCS. This solution integrates and simplifies the various levels of visa processing, right from initiation of the VISA, approvals, compliance regulations, document verification, stamping and extension.

Involved in the project from the idea phase till final execution. I started as a business analyst for the project and later took over as team lead of the entire visa stamping team which gives me an end-to-end experience on managing a project and overcoming the challenges in the execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Led and Mentor/coach team of business analysts and developers to maintain string of Global employee self-service modules (HR and RMG Processes - Global Mobility Systems like Visa, Travel)
  • Managed Visa Stamping Application team handles stamping process in India. and deliver as per project milestones
