Project: Datadog Cloud

Achievements/Tasks

• Currently, working on Datadog cloud security project. As part of this project, our team works on integrating different products with Datadog for the end user.
• Worked on product analysis to create technical design documentation from scratch.
• Worked on performing functional, non-functional, and negative test scenarios. Additionally, I performed sanity, regression, and end-to-end testing before making it available to the end user.
• Managed test case, bug tracking, and test plans.
• Designed an in-house bamboo CI/CD job that fetches the Bitbucket/GitHub code, parses it under certain checks, notifies the final scan report to the team member via email, and makes it available to the Nexus folder. This version control mechanism helps developers and other QA team members to work on resolving certain issues prior to the final release.
• Designed complete QA processes and standard QA checks that reduce repetitive work for a seamless, strategic way of teamwork.
• Thoroughly involved in designing the README (End User Document) documentation for the end user.
• Worked on debugging customer issues, root cause analysis to find out the solution for the same. Collaborate with the team for the same.

Project: Splunk Phantom SOAR Platform, GitLab CI/CD

Achievements/Tasks

• As part of this project, I worked on performing functional, negative edge test scenarios.
• Managed test cases, bug tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Converting manual test scenarios into automation using a playbook that reduced 60-70% of manual regression testing work, raise GitLab PR for the same to share with the stakeholders. I was directly involved with the stakeholders for communication and status updates.
• Worked independently in the team of 5 developers, managing verification of 3-4 applications in parallel, and successfully managed to fulfill stakeholder expectations within the timeframe. Received CAP award for the same.
• Involved in mentorship and guidance to 2-3 resources, and reviewing their work tasks.
• As part of the GitLab CI/CD project, I have designed the CI/CD pipeline from scratch. The project was about fetching the SDKs from the customer's GitHub repo for each commit, parsing certain standard code checks, managing version control for the same, and making it available to the team over the cloud repository.
• This complete task has reduced the 60% effort of the developer team to directly access the latest SDK from the cloud platform.
• Worked independently for the same, for the very new project, and completed it successfully.

Project: Flanscan, VictorOps-MS Team Integration, Standalone Verdict Analysis Windows Application.

Achievements/Tasks

• As part of this project, I worked on creating a testing environment and was involved with the developer team to design technical design documentation.
• Thorough analysis of requirement documentation, based on that, create test scenarios, test cases, and test plan for stakeholders.
• Performed different testing types, i.e. Functional, Non-Functional, GUI, Performance, API Testing using Postman.
• Managed test cases and test documentation using JIRA and Confluence tool. Worked on bug tracking process and assured to discuss all the risks and scenarios with the team and stakeholders.
