Studying & arriving labour standard times for manufacturing the product, cycle time study (SAH), motion study, capacity and bottleneck analysis
To make Manufacturing System Design for new processes and arriving takt time study, cycle time study and decide the machine & manpower requirements
Analyzing with production team for not achieving the Targets (Line balancing, Hourly monitoring and floor balancing)
Preparing and follow up with Technical file (SCR, TOL, BOM, TD, MQA and MIP)
Determine process steps to maximise efficiency, using wherever possible single piece flow, minimise lead times and reduce inventory (WIP)
To reduce costs to ensure that all processes are mapped and where appropriate use PFMEA to determine weakness in those processes, then formulate, agree and implement strategies that address all issues to improve performance
Approval for pilot/initial bulk/inline inspection/packing (Product verification report)
Reduction of cycle time in production line, eliminate Non Value Added Activities (NVA) and seven types of wastages in shop floor
