• Provided the certification solutions for LM 64.5 P Gen B, LM 71.0 P3 and LM 80.4 P blades by delivering the rotor blade certificates for all blades as per customer requirement and on time.
• Played proactive role w.r.t communicating certification compliance requirement to concern stakeholders
• Collaborated with Design Team, TAM, FE Team, Test Department & external Certification bodies (DNV, BV & TUV-N) to deliver certificates (Blade component certificates/DIBt certificates) as per requirements.
• Lead and executed the LM Wind Power’s first inhouse blades transportation equipment certification program for LM 77.4 P6 blade – both sea and road transportations

• Input to the Manufacturing Work Instruction team for improvement.

Design and Validation

• Experience in working with FEA tools like ABAQUS, ANSYS, PATRAN for analysis of Composite structure.

• Knowledge of design and structural analysis of composite blades with epoxy/polyester resin along with mechanical structures

Product Load Assessment and Loads sign off Tasks
• Timely help with high responsiveness to customers (External/Internal) to execute their business strategy by providing real time feedback on extended operational window for existing blades within design and certified limits by managing, monitoring, and owning Blade loads assessment decision.
• Global focal for Blade load assessment tasks for LM blades – responsible for planning/scheduling, task distribution within team, optimization/process improvement, quality and on-time delivery.
• Developed dashboard for PQ tasks KPI visualization.

• Coordinate with project team on design iterations to ensure all certification and internal design criterions are met for the final structure.

• Working on multiple process establishing tasks: GE B2P Blade Load Assessment, and Blade Transportation Equipment Certification
