• Responsible for design, establishment and implementation of the projects with respect to the production processes and procedures for developed solutions, ensuring expected quality and delivery timings are met for the respective countries globally.

• Liaise with Enablement and Technology teams to deploy new effective, error-proof and optimized solutions and process improvements focus on continuous improvement .

• Responsible for user Acceptance Testing sessions to test newly developed system enhancements from end-user perspective.

• Ensure appropriate process documentation is updated on regular basis/created from the scratch if needed and stored in an agreed place .

• Cooperate with other NOCs, ROCs and platforms to build and share the knowledge of components solutions/options of the portfolio possible to apply (country, NOC’s) and business need behind.

• Execution work entails aspects of the universe data, sample design, data queries and all related activities throughout the production process, potentially for different countries.

• Prepare accurate tracking KPI to monitor and improve quality performances (on time delivery and data accuracy and maintain project work discipline.

• Execute process automation using tools like R/Python/Excel Macros and explore possibility of implementing advanced techniques like Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

• Execute statistical predictions/estimation & provide root cause analysis and solution for client queries over the given constraints.

• Engage with Data Science Output and Input Operations to collect information and coordinate tasks to improve data quality and drive for continuous business process improvements.

• Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in statistical operations production environments (CIP) and drive convergence of processes and tools.

• Provide technical and process expertise to deployment of the Consumer Information Platform (CIP); also assist remote located resources to implement projects in the most effective way.

• Work in partnership with the country’s Onshore Operations team according to execution requirements as defined by the process for Operations.

• Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and the team.

• Execute production tasks to guarantee accuracy and trend ability on data in respect of scheduled Project deadlines and investigate data inquiries / challenges with local teams, and regional / offshore Operations for processes / methods issues.

• Projects:

- Supported Italy Production team for 10 months supporting the regular production tasks.

- Been a part on India Enhancement Project in terms of making the country production team enable to report on more granular levels.

- Been a considerable contributor for South Africa in terms of performing all the required major validations for the team.

- Invented an Automation for the Team which dramatically increased the efficiency by 83.3% which consequently reduced the room for error as well as resulted in cost saving.

• As part of our Insights team, I'm responsible for analysing & improving company's ever-growing database of products by using our custom-designed platforms to work with real-world products and their respective brands and categories.

• Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the extracted data for reporting and following policies and procedures to ensure data is extracted accurately and on time.

• Quality control data and serving as checks and balance for department.

• Performing Research for brands and specific products to gather respective data and insights.

• Assuring timely preparation of reports including review and maintenance of data as needed prior to report preparation.

• I've have a key role in managing and maintaining our different categories of data that our clients use for insight into answering their business questions.

• Effectively working on multiple projects within the team (e.g. Small/Medium businesses, durable, consumer packaged goods, retail, Panel of Record, agency).

• Handling products items from database and internet websites and their respective brands and product categories.

• Assist in maintaining the integrity of our data by ensuring modifications that are made into our platform & database are accurate.

• Receiving and relaying communication about data issues and reporting them directly to supervisor in a timely manner.
