• Working with Capgemini's DEMS unit in MEDICAL DEVICE domain.
• Certified by Dassault Systems for completing their certification Courses of CSWA (Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate) and CSWP (Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional) during my training period.
• Experienced the New Product Development workflow, performed analysis on Solidworks for plastic components and studied ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 for medical devices during my training period.
• Having sound knowledge of PDP/PLCP process and basic mechanical engineering fundamentals
• Experienced in Comparative Assessment of Manual ans Semi-Automatic Pipettes for conceptual design of Next Generation product. Also performed Quality Function Deployment(QFD).
• Currently my work is to bring the document related to Design Controls for Medical Devices in Software called Cognition COCKPIT achieving 100% compliance to the quality process. Also worked on risk control tools like Hazard Analysis, Task Analysis, PFMEA, DFMEA and many more.
• Supported engineering design development through analysis and simulation of prototypes and 3D computer models.
• Created parts for various fabrication methods, including machining, sheet metal fabrication and injection molding.
• Created CAD drawings using Creo, Solidworks and Catia to convey manufacturing and production configurations.
• Worked on Calculation and CAD modeling for Excavator Reducer and Chassis.
