- Overall Operations responsibility of 2 Mega Kitchens/ Factories in Surat & UT of DDNH. The Akshaya Patra Foundation is an NGO in India headquartered in Bengaluru. Direct and coordinate the all three Kitchen operation activities, Established and carryout Departmental Goal & Organizational goal , Policies, Procedures. Direct & Oversee the Kitchens Financial & Budgetary Activities . Manage general activities related to making Product/Food and providing services and consult with other staff members about general operations. Analysis: The P/L, sales report, and other performance indicators identify places to optimize costs and improve performance.

- Was responsible for overall efficient and effective day-to-day plant operations, including meeting daily production goals, logistics goals, planning, maintenance, supply chain, finance, and administrative functions, with liaisoning with the government. Officials.
- Monitored production processes and quality standards to ensure compliance and delivery of hot, cooked, nutritious midday meals to all Govt. & Govt. Aided Schools on a daily basis.
- Control, monitor, and review the kitchen processes and ensure smooth production and distribution activities as per the plan of all the running programs in the kitchen, i.e. Serving of hot cooked meals under Mid Day Meal, ICDS hot cooked meals serving, and Rice kits packing & distribution, etc.
