I am a graduate seeking an internship/ trainee opportunity with a real estate developer/ project management firm to learn real estate development end to end from the owner's perspective. My long term goal is to develop a high rise project and I aim to gain practical exposure to land feasibility analysis, government approvals, contractual documentation, architectural and floor plate planning including unit mix and layout optimization, project coordination, construction execution, operations management, development financing and the complete sales lifecycle including pricing strategy, sales execution and management of project cash flows. I am eager to work in site based or operations roles, contribute wherever required and build a strong foundational understanding of the full real estate development lifecycle.
