• Fundraising & IPO – Played a key role in INR 777 crore IPO of Northern Arc; assisted in authoring Business Section and led Selected Statistical Information in DRHP/RHP by coordinating with multiple departments. Managed investment banker engagement for investor roadshows, pitch materials, and Q&A preparation.
• M&A & Strategic Transactions – Conducted due diligence and financial modelling for 8 companies across AHF, MSME, consumer finance, Tech sectors projecting ROA/ROE and benchmarking vs. peers. Initiated outreach of target companies. Currently spearheading the evaluation of a financial services company under CIRP in coordination with resolution professionals and legal advisors.
• Investor Relations & Board Communication – Led Annual Report Business Section and MD&A section creation, designed quarterly board decks, investor updates, and market communication.
• Business Analysis – Designed “Measure of Success” tracker for monthly business-line reporting; conducted peer benchmarking for strategy/board decks; business, productivity & asset quality analysis for Partnership based lending, LAP and MFI business through branch visits and detailed employee-level reviews; For Credit Solutions, analysed partner outreach strategy by assessing three years of transaction data, wallet share, and commercial terms.
• Project Management & Special Initiatives – Assisted in company-wide cost optimisation project leading to 40 bps cost reduction. Assisted in building Power BI LAP dashboard with granular branch and productivity insights.Established employee allocation framework and strategy to track employee movement, productivity and tooth-to-tail ratios.Developed Priority Setting Analysis with Tech & Altifi teams to categorise website change requests (High/Medium/Low) for efficient resource allocation

• Provide critical inputs for the formulation and execution of sales and marketing strategies by analysing marketing trends and consumer insights
• Clients managed: Bank of Baroda, P&G, HUL, Prataap Snacks Limited, Parag Milk Foods Limited, Zyduss Wellness, ICICI Bank, Marico Limited, among others.

• Assisted in carrying out portfolio valuation of stressed assets in Thailand and Indonesia for one of the funds of the International Finance Corporation.
• Helped in the recommendation of the share exchange ratio for the restructuring exercise between Dalmia Cement Bharat Limited and Dalmia Refractories Limited.
• Provided financial consultancy services relating to business valuation to Global T20 Canada – A T20 cricketing league.
• Conducted portfolio valuation for various private equity and venture capital firms and undertook valuation of various start-ups including Dream11, Purplle.com, Homelane, Healthplix, Nazaara Technologies, Bewakoof.com, etc.
• Undertook valuation of UTI Assets Management Company Limited pre-IPO for the valuation of ESOPs.
• Undertook brand valuation of an ice cream manufacturing company for a proposed restructuring.

• Syndicated loans ranging from ticket size of INR 1.0 Cr to INR 150.0 Cr totalling over INR 300.0 Cr, primarily in the SME sector in the real estate, packaging, chemical, textile, food, and printing industry.
• Helped in redesigning the system, the implementation, and reporting of a product offered by the firm on banking-related compliances and extended the same product into several MIS areas by adding elements of cost.
• Single-handedly executed revenue leakage audit for many clients. Made various modifications in the reports submitted to the clients thereby making the reports comprehensive and providing better value addition to the clients.
