  • Track telecaller's adherence to break schedules and auxiliary time usage. Identify trends or patterns that may impact productivity or service levels and take corrective action as needed.
  • Implement efficient scheduling practices to maximize telecaller's availability for calls during peak hours and minimize downtime. Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate variations in call volume and staffing levels.
