Executed client transfer requests while ensuring compliance and working with SEC regulations.
Experience in working on leads with share transfer requests and inquiries related to the share transfers made accordingly to balance run.
Perform due diligence to ensure the accuracy of the information provided by shareholders. Ensure instructions are released correctly and timely, and communicate with the Relationship Managers (RMs) if required.
Serve as a day-to-day client contact to assist in the timely resolution of share transfer requests and client inquiries. Collaborated with internal departments to resolve transfer-related issues and expedite transactions.
Supervise operations and Share transactions including new account transfers, account maintenance, and all related transaction movements from a brokerage account.
Data entry process: Address change request from shareholders, updating social security number or employer identification number that is associated with their accounts, updating the shareholders' bank details to the account associated with our records in order to ensure all the dividends are paid to the shareholders into their bank accounts (wiring).
Performing quality checks (QA) for the process handling high-risk clients in day-to-day business.
