Project Description:

• To maintain and operationally support production issues for MuleSoft Applications.
• To support and modernize implementation and sales processes for various products like Royal Canin, Pet Care, Chocolates etc

Responsibilities:

• Working as Team Lead – MuleSoft SME for MuleSoft Operations Support Team with team strength of 13 members.
• Deploying applications to Anypoint Cloud Hub using CICD tools i.e., GITHUB and Jenkins
• Support 340+ application production issues with directly interacting with client and vendors to seek resolution
• Working on change requests, suggesting, and improving code issues for Production Implementation. Monitoring Service Now incidents for all production exceptions and getting them resolved as per Priority before SLA
• Monitoring Anypoint MQs, SPLUNK dashboard, Cloudhub logs for any issues and resolving them to ensure API led connectivity is well established internal or external to MuleSoft systems.
• Creating client apps via exchange for applications in API Manager, also creating contracts, policies, security authentications, SLA Tiers for API instances via API Manager, configuring applications from different environments in Design Center.
• Adding certificates on Load balancer to implement Two-way SSL with business systems
• Providing access to team members via Access Management in CloudHub, creating analytics reports for the API's to explore the endpoints used and data load.
• Configuring OKTA credentials to contracts via OKTA
• Creating GitHub branches for specific hotfixes or feature implementation. Working for DevOps and getting application deployed to Production by using Jenkins/GitHub. Reviewing and approving any new applications before production migration via CR
• Take care of usability, reliability, scalability, and performance of message flows developed by team on CloudHub
• Performance analysis and tuning message flow performance by analyzing processing time of message flows. Exception handling implementation to increase program stability.
• Conducted regular performance reviews with direct reports to identify areas of improvement.
• Troubleshooting Integration and infrastructure issues
• Regularly communicated progress updates with stakeholders and clients.
• Deployment of all message flows and other EAI components into Development, UAT and production environments
• Preparation of Unit, Integration and Performance test cases

• Worked on documenting design in solace designer for creating applications, domain, and events
• Configuring and Creating topics, queues, ACL profile, Client Profile, Rest Delivery Points, Rest consumers, Queue Bindings and Queue subscriptions
• Creating and providing permissions to various client apps configured for SharePoint via PowerShell.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

Project Description:

• A CRM based module which deals with implementation of CR's(change requests) to be deployed in monthly release using waterfall methodology

Responsibilities:

• Complete Structure of STLC with practical knowledge on HP-QC, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) Gained good experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, Database, Installation, Release and UI Testing Worked on Waterfall model with monthly releases and has delivered 15-18 monthly releases Involvement in various business walkthrough, knowledge Transfer meetings, Knowledge Transfer sessions
• Good experience in Manual Testing (Creating test scenarios, test case designing, Test Planning, Test case
• Review, Test Execution and Test Strategy) Excelled in preparing scenario matrix, writing & execution of Test Cases and logging defects using HP
• ALM (Quality Centre) defect management tool
• Discussed business scenarios with clients, defects analysis with Development team
• Raised major P1 and P2 defects while testing and helped project to avoid such defects in production Supported PIT – Post implementation Testing by performing testing in production environment for 15+releases
