1. My role involved leading, directing, developing, and managing all aspects of project management.

2. This primarily included program planning, budgeting, and the implementation of technical projects related to quality education and child protection, as well as conducting quality reviews and monitoring of these programs.

3. I provided coaching and mentoring to my team to ensure smooth operations and to meet the organization's objectives.

4. I engaged in liaison and networking with government organizations, non-governmental organizations, partners, and for the acquisition and mobilization of resources.

5. I implemented a proven project model, such as the “Remedial Education Centre” (REC), aimed at achieving age-appropriate learning outcomes in government schools and communities.

6. During this role, I was also involved in various government forums and committees, such as the District Resource Group (DRG) and the Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS) at both the block and district levels for joint monitoring and knowledge sharing.

v Forming and Strengthening Community-Based Organizations (CBOs): This involves establishing and enhancing CBOs to support and oversee the development of children and the community.

v Networking with block-level entities and various departments such as education, health, police, and Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS).

v Additionally, this effort includes monitoring sponsored children and conducting awareness programs related to children's issues and community development.

v Implementing HIV prevention initiatives in targeted areas and providing care and support for People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC).

v Advocacy efforts focus on reducing stigma against PLHIV and OVC. This work also involves mobilizing resources and forming partnerships with local stakeholders.
