I started my career as a tax analyst at the firm and began working with several U.S. clients. I primarily worked in U.S. corporation tax. I have experience in the preparation of 1120, 1120-F, and state returns, and related workpapers. Along with corporate tax, I worked with some partnership clients as well. I recently started working in provisions as well. I progressed as an Advanced Tax Analyst, played an acting senior role for some of the clients, and handled two UK clients individually from GDS.

Over subscription and Initial Public Offer (IPO) under-pricing evidence from India, Above titled work has been done to partially fulfill the academics of Master of Commerce. During this project I have studied over 26+ companies to analyses the IPOs of the year 2016. I have learnt the effect of signalling factor on a company IPO and perfected multiple regression. This study helped me to examine and understand the over subscription contribution to underpricing in Indian IPOs.
