1) Prediction of TCS stock price data using Time Series Forecasting :
model used : ARIMA from statsmodels
Target : Adjust Closed Price
Process followed : Select the period of study , data exploration and cleaning , checked for Stationarity , Seasonality, plotted ACF and PACF and found the initial parameter for the base model, found the best parameters using auto arima model,predicted the adjusted close price for the next 30 days, testing the performance with the test set using RMSE.
2)Predicting survival on the Titanic dataset:
Target : Survival
process followed : Data Loading,data exploration,Feature Engineering(names),4. Data Splitting,Model Selection,Model Training,Model Evaluation,Hyperparameter Tuning(XGBoost),Cross-Validation,Prediction,Model Interpretation.
Collaborated with Research on Silicon Carbide production using the Acheson Process. Conducted quantitative chemical analysis through gravimetric methods and qualitative analysis using X-ray diffraction. Proactively engaged in research aimed at minimizing heat pockets formation, a major efficiency deterrent in the production process. This involvement underscores a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in production methodologies.
Also collaborated to the study of multiphase flow in a packed bed system to simulate and understand the physics in the bottom section of a blast furnace.(CSIR funded Project)
Worked at the effluent treatment plant at Cipla Pharmaceuticals.Had hands on experience in Process Engineering. Strategy to segregate the effluents coming from different units of the Pharmaceutical Plants.Hands on experience on handling hazardous chemicals.
