Motivated and deeply compassionate MSc Psychology (Health and Well-Being) student with a robust academic foundation and over 400 hours of hands-on internship experience across leading mental health institutions in India, including NIMHANS. With a demonstrated commitment to psychological research, community mental health, and therapeutic practice, I bring both physiological understanding and heartfelt empathy to every professional engagement. My work spans generic counseling, trauma-informed care, group therapy facilitation, and psychometric assessments—developed through immersive training under experienced clinical psychologists and psychiatrists.
I am especially passionate about making mental health services accessible and inclusive, and have actively contributed to projects focused on youth well-being, intergenerational dialogue, and substance use interventions. Adept at integrating theory with practice, I consistently aim to promote psychological resilience, enhance emotional regulation, and support holistic healing in diverse populations. Eager to collaborate with professionals who share a vision of sustainable mental health care, both in clinical and community-based contexts.
