• Reconciled book vs. tax differences through preparation of M-1, M-2, and M-3 schedules, ensuring accurate reporting of temporary and permanent differences.
• Prepared and finalized workpapers using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to support tax return filings.

• Proficient in handling the intricacies of monthly book closures, bank reconciliation, and credit card reconciliation using QuickBooks Online and Accounting CS.
• Examining the accuracy of financial statements and where they stand with laws and regulation and finding, addressing any discrepancy in accounting.
• Making budgets and projects based on anticipated needs and historical data.
• Passing of Year -End / Monthly journal entries and adjustments, as well as the verification of inter-company and stock balances.
• Works well with all levels within the company and group level.
