• Currently working as a delivery executive in Swiggy, where I deliver food, parcels, groceries, etc. On time, with good customer service only on weekends or when I'm free.
• Worked as a delivery associate in Zomato, Rapido Captain, and Amazon Flex in the past.
• Worked in events like Basic Co-ordination, promotions and even for extra login Swiggy customer service(voice process)

CLOSING PROCESS:

• As a process associate, my job is to cross-verify the loan documents and necessary information in the initial lender CD, tax statement, vesting in DOT and CTC certificate, payoff statement, HOI, etc.
• Finding property tax document on NETRO Online, if required.
• Following up with Title company and loan processor for any additional documents required, such as updated payoff statement or Quit claim deed for any vesting changes required.
• Reviewing final documents, adding final ALTA, shipping label, escrow docs, and necessary documents required for closing, and sending the same to notary for signing.

FUNDING PROCESS:

• Reviewing the executed closing package and extracting the required documents.
• Creating cover letters, shipping label, and creating disbursement package.
• Setting up checks and wires for disbursement.
