Responsibilities:

• Handling End to End projects delivery across APAC (India, Colombo and Manila)
• Hands on experience in RFP projects worth $10 million, collaborating with Pre-Sales teams to provide IT estimates and develop solutions with respective SMEs.
• Creating Project Charters, Project Plans and Budget Planners by collecting requirements through conducting internal and External kick-off meetings.
• Handling PAR valued at $2 million. Coordinating with Finance, Procurement departments to manage the approved budgets for overall IT function.
• Regularly engaging with clients and other stakeholders, both internal teams and third parties to discuss the developments, progress, new scope, and changes in requirements.
• Monitoring and controlling the project performance, expenditures, and procurement, reporting any potential or existing blockers, risks, overflows, and deficits to the Senior Management Teams though reports and dashboards.
• Effective project planning in detail and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Raising tickets related to the relevant projects in Servicenow as and when required. Order management and tracking through proper followups.
• Ensuring that the Organization's compliance is met throughout the project delivery and resolving conflicts and issues to facilitate smoother and faster completion.

Responsibilities:

• Worked as part of the project - "Detection of handwritten signatures in scanned document".
• Successfully implemented an algorithm that can scan and segment features (as gradient based) using Sobel operator as a Gray scale image
• Conversion of Gray scale image to RGB image
