Lloyds Banking Group is a multiple product platform providing banking and financial services. Banking software is developed for wide range of banking spectrum especially for Banking Employee can monitor the Customer accounts, Loans and Cards by using the Debt Manager Retail Web application which is developed by FICO for its Debt Management, Through which user can add appropriate tags and action code and result codes on accounts. This can save time and avoid risks. They use filters, Jobs , Job flows , workflows , UDP in application

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Created comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.
• Analyzing and producing the technical requirements and modifications based on Lloyds bank customer requirements.
• Config Development for Debt Manager 11 (DM11) Web application of Lloyds bank which includes jobs, filters, worklists and workflows
• Engaged in business analytics and project management activities, such as requirement analysis, DM configuration, release management, and the use of the AGILE technique for sprint planning and sprint review.
• Obtained a certificate of recognition for exceptional contribution to Lloyds Banking Group for Resolving complex technical issues through effective problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis.
