Responsibilities:
1. Systems Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware components (e.g., desktops, laptops, servers). Set up new systems and networks to meet company requirements, ensuring smooth integration with existing infrastructure. Implement network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
2. Network Management: Monitor and manage local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connectivity to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity problems, slow speeds, and hardware failures. Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure, ensuring security and scalability.
3. System Administration: Manage and maintain servers (e.g., Windows, MAC OS) and virtualized Monitor system performance, ensuring hardware and software operate efficiently. Perform routine updates, patches, and system
backups to prevent data loss and security breaches.
4. Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Provide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support, resolving complex hardware and software issues for end-users.
