Strategic Partnership Initiative: SELCO Foundation & IKEA Foundation

Led the development of a comprehensive ( 0 - 1 Product Journey) "Asset Management and O&M Platform" to support the Energy for Health Program, a €48 million initiative by SELCO and IKEA Foundation aimed at equipping 25,000 healthcare facilities across 12 Indian states with solar energy solutions by 2026. 

Designed and implemented a enterprise digital platform to replace manual, paper-based processes, improving data accuracy, accessibility, and operational efficiency. Key contributions include:

- Real-time Data Tracking: Enabled centralized, real-time asset tracking across healthcare facilities for better data visibility.
- Integrated Ticketing System: Streamlined O&M workflows, reducing time spent on asset maintenance and issue resolution.
- Remote Monitoring: Established a machine-driven monitoring system for proactive issue identification, minimizing reliance on manual checks and reducing operational downtime.

Context:

India's seafood exports reached a value of ₹60,523.89 crore. To fulfill orders, seafood processing factories require a lead time of 6 to 8 months, during which maintaining steady cash flow is crucial. This need arises due to price parity across the supply chain—from purchasing from farmers to covering labor costs for processing.

Problem Statement:

A significant challenge faced by seafood processing factories is their frequent inability to secure loans from NBFCs and banks, limiting their access to essential funds for sustaining operations and fulfilling orders.

Solution
To address the financing challenges faced by seafood processing factories, I spearheaded the development of a robust SaaS B2B/B2C ERP platform specifically designed for the seafood processing industry. . 

The platform features a comprehensive traceability system, enabling end-to-end tracking of seafood products from farm to consumer, along with specialized tools for retailers, including a POS mobile app for small retailers and a B2B commerce platform for medium and large retailers.

ERP system facilitates the aggregation of buyers, suppliers, and farmers, allowing seamless transactions among these stakeholders. These transactions generate advanced invoices that can be submitted to banks and NBFCs, enabling seafood processors to secure necessary financing based on transaction records, ultimately supporting their cash flow needs for sustainable operations.

This solution advanced from an MVP to an MMP, expanding its customer base from 1 to 10.

• Successfully led the digitization and implementation of an Asset and Incident Management platform at SELCO Foundation, reducing issue identification and resolution time by 80% in the renewable energy sector. Additionally, developed and defined a 12- to 18-month product roadmap to guide long-term growth and innovation.
• Spearheaded the implementation of a SaaS ERP platform in the seafood processing industry, achieving substantial operational cost savings and boosting sales efficiency through strategic digitization and IoT integration. This initiative advanced operational agility and competitiveness, driving modernization within seafood processing operations.
