• ISO 9001:2015, EMS, IATF Documentation: Ensuring compliance with international standards and preparing necessary documents related to these certifications.
• Line Balancing: Optimizing the production line to ensure efficient workflow and minimize downtime.
• KAIZEN Implementation: Promoting continuous improvement by implementing small.

Responsibility:-

• Maintain efficiency on molding production, focusing on minimizing bottlenecks.
• Manage the time taken for various tasks, and balance the work across stations to maintain a smooth flow.
• Implement solutions to minimize bottlenecks in the production line.
• Handle a team of over 100 employees, and monitor their performance, ensuring they are effectively trained and meet production targets.
• Focus on skill development, and use a Skill Matrix to assess and improve the team’s capabilities.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through 5S principles. Achieve quality targets, and maintain consistency in output.
• Use tools like Root Cause Analysis and Pareto Analysis to identify and address quality issues.
• Handle customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (Poke Yoke).
• Maintain the QCDMS (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Management System) board to monitor progress and targets.
• Analyze rejection data to understand trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Responsible for making and reviewing weekly and monthly quality reports based on the top three defects.
• Preparing CAPA against the quality issues (in-house and customer complaints).
