Marine XII - Congo LNG project

• Responsible for managing the EPC Contractor's work activities for various work packages within the project. This involves Engineering document reviews to ensure compliance with Company standards and managing activities related to the Engineering and Execution of the Greenfield and Brownfield facilities:

- New Onshore Pre-Treatment Plant,

- Refurbishment of FLNG and FSU,

- Improvements to the existing offshore platforms,

- Modifications in existing Onshore Gas Plants

• Engaged in HAZOP and HAZID workshops with Contractors
• Participated in collaborative 3D model review sessions
• Participated in FMEA and RAM workshops, contributing to risk assessment, problem-solving and optimization processes.

FEED for De-gassing stations at Rumaila Oil Field, Iraq

• Executed comprehensive activities for FWKO and Produced Water Treatment facilities, including control valve and line hydraulics, pump hydraulic calculations, and P&ID development

LP Flare & Tank Flare Upgrade Project

• Reviewed P&IDs, SAFE charts, and datasheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Conducted relief valve sizing calculations and control valve hydraulic calculations to optimize equipment performance and safety.

MLP INCO Seawater Desalination Plant Project, Chile

• Conducted relief valve sizing calculations and simulation in Pro-II to support PSV sizing calculations, ensuring project alignment with safety standards
• Contributed to the development of P&IDs and pump hydraulic calculations, optimizing project design and performance
• Coordinated with the Santiago team to ensure project alignment and successful execution.

• Conducted process engineering calculations and simulations to optimize oil and gas production

• Led the development of P&ID and prepared scope of work for HAZOP, ensuring project adherence to safety standards
• Conducted comprehensive reviews of equipment sizing, pump hydraulics, and line hydraulic calculations, optimizing project design and performance.

Coral South Development FLNG Project, Mozambique Field, ENI– FEED

• Deputed to South Korea for 6 months to contribute to the FEED for the topsides, hull, and subsea for the FLNG plant for ENI’s Coral South development project in the Rovuma basin offshore Mozambique
• Prepared Process Flow Diagrams for the Hull Cargo section
• Developed P&IDs for Hull Cargo systems and prepared specifications for LNG cargo pumps, condensate offloading pumps, and ballast pumps

Mad Dog Phase 2 Project, Gulf of Mexico, BP

• Led FEED verification activities for Hull Marine and Utility systems, ensuring project integrity and compliance with specifications
• Played a key role in preparing man-hour estimates and maintaining timely submission of deliverables, contributing to project efficiency and success

Shell Bonga Southwest FPSO Project, Shell

• Led the preparation of man-hour estimates and ensured timely submission of deliverables
• Contributed to the development of PFDs, UFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and instrument datasheets.

Crude Stabilization and LPG Recovery Unit, Dong Energy, Hejre, Denmark

• Prepared FEED verification reports to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Conducted De-Gasser sizing based on Shell DEP standards, optimizing the design for efficient gas separation
• Conducted line and pump hydraulics calculations to optimize fluid flow and system performance
• Performed Relief valve sizing calculations to ensure equipment reliability and safety

Flare Adequacy Study for PetroRabigh Refining Co, Saudi Arabia

• Assessing the influence of addition of a new Butene-1 sphere on existing flare network and checking the flare adequacy using FLARENET
• Contributed to the preparation of process and functional description documents, providing comprehensive project documentation.

Detail Design for Sangu Near Field Development Project, Santos

• Developed Process Scope of work and design basis, providing a clear framework for project execution
• Conducted Wellhead simulation and process system simulation using HYSYS v7.3, optimizing production processes
• Prepared markup P&IDs for generating piping & instrumentation MTOs, ensuring accurate material take-offs
• Generated Engineering documents such as simulation reports, process descriptions, and P&IDs, facilitating project execution
• Conducted IDC checks for mechanical & instrumentation datasheets and quotations, ensuring equipment specifications met project requirements

• Developed Process datasheets for mechanical equipment and instruments, ensuring accurate equipment specifications
• Conducted Line sizing and Pump hydraulic calculations to optimize fluid flow and system performance
• Carried out Separator sizing calculations to ensure efficient phase separation
