Watermelon is a no-code AI-based platform; here we have implemented the WM platform in its existing desktop, web, and mobile applications to enhance productivity and increase time to market

Client name: LIC India via Bostan Consultancy Group

Role: Senior BA/SME

Tenure: November 2024 to April 2025

Project description: BCG was the product owner for LIC India and was accountable for launching two mobile apps, Sales Super App and Customer Super App, for the LIC India team

My role was to create BRD, FRD, URD, user stories, global and business logic sheets, and design RTM with test scenarios and test cases
