- Manage entire store functions such as receipt, issuance, storage, and unloading, along with documents in ERP.
- Responsible for the stock of all consignment items, maintaining records of their receipt, issue, consumption details, and timely processing of all bills for the material received.
- Proper GRN making of raw materials and packing materials in the ERP system.
- Issuance and dispensing of raw and packing materials as per cGMP.
- Monitoring the physical verification of raw and packing material on a daily basis at the end of the shift.
- Storage of material as per the status and required storage condition.
- Responsible for the receipt, handling, and dispensing of raw and packing materials.
- Ensure FIFO is followed in raw materials.
- Control of incoming materials, inventory, and physical.
- Relocation and setting of materials as per the code for identification.
- Co-ordination with manufacturing for the planning of RM dispensing activity.
- Follow up with the Quality Control Department for the release of materials.
