Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end inspection processes between India and China teams.
• Deploy Quality Control (QC) inspectors and ensure detailed inspection reports are prepared and uploaded in the company’s internal app.
• Communicate directly with clients to collect required documents such as tech packs and purchase orders.
• Handle RFQs (Request for Quotations) — create cost quotes, share with clients, and obtain approvals.
• Recently transitioned to the shipping operations side, managing coordination between clients and DT, our third-party logistics partner in China.
• Gather shipment details including net weight, cargo ready date, and dispatch timing.
• Obtain freight rates from the procurement team, compare options, and quote the most cost-effective solution to clients.
• Get client approval and inform DT to proceed with shipment arrangements.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients, procurement, logistics, and China team to maintain operational efficiency.
• Gather shipment details such as cargo ready date, net/gross weight, and dispatch schedules.
• Obtain freight rates from procurement and shipping vendors, compare quotations, and propose the most cost-effective options to clients.
• Coordinate export & import documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and shipping instructions.

• Test scripted stories as an individual owner.
• Involved in release of the application to ensure a successful project Go-Live.
• Working as an interface between the technical team and Business to ensuring the delivery.
• Helping Market to build Power BI Global and Market Specific Dashboards like DSR (Daily Sales Report), NRM (Net Revenue Management), Finance and Forecasting using Picasso Platform
• Prepare and designing data, and turn it into information to improve business
• Engaging with various Client and Stakeholder to understand the data requirement and helping them to get onboard to a Centralized BI Solution
• Collaborated with data engineers to ensure data product scalability and reliability
• Responsible for deployment of reports in Development and Testing of Reports with data sources for verifying Information and Production Deployments, Resolving Refresh failure Activities and Setting Auto Refresh and Email Activities
• Develop and maintain data models to effectively represent product metrics and trend
• Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights

• Maintaining Exim mail server.
• Handling Sonic Firewall 2400.

• Linux Package management tools (rpm, yum etc)
• Taking backup on Linux server using Rsync, Zip and Tar.
