• Uploading the Balance sheet reconciliation in Blackline categorizing the aging and matching the amount with SAP.
• Maintaining the FSC 1 (journal Tracker) for all the journals posted in SAP
• Creating credit note and debit note for AR team to process
• Preparing the FSC 3 as per SOX control which checks whether supporting document attached to the manual journal in SAP.
• Preparing SLA data which shows the number of journals posted by preparer with total amount , document type and highlighting the big amount with proper justification
• Raising the request for creating the GL, cost center, profit center as per client requirement.

Fixed asset accounting in SAP

• Handling all the work of FA including Internal order Creation,Budget creation ,AUC creation, Capitalization, Depreciation, CWIP tracker maintenance, Depreciation run, Fixed Asset Edit report, WDV calculation and FA GL reconciliation.
• Mentored junior associates, provided KT to them for their professional growth and helping them reach their full potential.
