  • Posting at Head Office for all pre & post tendering activities - Thoroughly review and understand the contract terms including scope of work, obligations, and detailed specifications, maintain & manage all contract documentation including amendments, correspondences etc.
  • Pre Tendering works -- includes Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead. This often involves detailed calculations and the use of candy software.
  • Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and other technical documents to ensure that the bid meets all technical requirements and standards.
  • Ensure that all tender documents are accurately prepared, organized, and submitted in accordance with the client's requirements and submission guidelines.
  • Ensure that all tender submissions comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Verify that all necessary permits, licenses, and certifications are in place.
  • Maintain detailed records of all tendering activities, including submissions, correspondence, and feedback. Ensure that all documentation is organized and readily accessible for future reference.
  • Post Tendering Works --- Monitor and track project costs against the budget including labor, material, and overheads.
  • Assess and manage variations or changes in scope of work.
  • Handle claims for additional costs or delays, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with the contract terms.
  • Address and resolve any disputes and issues arising while preparation of RA bills.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports including cost forecasts and budget updates.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and services as per the contract requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project including clients, subcontractors, consultants.
  • Prepare the final account for the project including all variations, claims and adjustments and ensure its agreements with the clients and contractors.
  • Monitoring submission of RA Bills and reconciliations submitted to clients by project billing team.
  • Preparing work orders for sub-contractors in the line of scope of work.
  • Joined SBCPL in 2016 as Billing In charge and successfully handled 3 projects at Hiranandani Estate, Thane. All 3 commercial buildings TCS - 10 lakh sqft costing INR 120 cr. Quantum - 6.50 lakh sqft costing INR 83 cr. Solus - 4.42 lakh sqft - INR 57 cr.
