• Deployment of Aladdin investment managemet platform for various Institutional clients.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve organizational challenges, resulting in improved efficiency
• Owning the Middle office operation configuration channel which involves deployment of workflows for various operation process such as trade operation, corporate action, recon, derivative workflows etc.
• Providing demos and creating BPR (Business process reviews) documentation for clients Working closely with clients and internal product teams and developers for the deployment.

Aladdin Client Support (ACS), Mumbai Lead Roles & responsibilities includes:

• Setting up and leading ACS team in Mumbai.
• Collaborating internally with SME and Functional leads for providing innovative solution to clients
• Established and maintained relationships with industry leaders to enhance the company’s reputation and brand presence
• Supporting and providing resolution for the operation users of Aladdin by using technology and functional knowledge. Educating our Aladdin community through demos and various projects thereby improving Aladdin user experience.

Fund accounting Roles & Responsibilities includes:

• Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) using GENEVA for bank loan funds
• Recon between WSO and Geneva system
• Audit queries for Investment recon with Trustee files, GENEVA and WSO.
• Reconciled discrepancies in fund portfolios, resulting in an improvement in accuracy of fund performance.

• Month-end NAV Calculation for various Fixed Income, Liquid, and Bank loans funds for world largest asset management company
• BLACKROCK
• Checking Benchmark vs NAV Active return performance
• Investigating difference between NAV & P&L and Identifying the root cause
• NAV recon against custodian.(IBOR vs ABOR recon)
• BV and Position recon against custody 535 and 950 stmt

Roles & Responsibilities includes:

• Reconciled accounts payable accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payments
• Developed and maintained strong relationships with vendors
• Perform daily cash & position reconciliation with Prime broker JPM, BLK, Nomura CITI.
• Shift-leader for handling team of 12 associate in TCS
