- Pressing, pre-post ovening operation of Transformer coils & Active part.
- Calculating pressures from design sheets according to device usable.
- Also maintaining throughout the process with regular health checks of the device.
- Complete drying and oil impregnation of winding coils.
- Drying of Complete Active Parts to achieve designed Parameters using Vapour phase drying.
- Instruments Calibration & Spares, Inventory Management.
- Maintaining Calibration of Process Instruments like Vacuum Pirani Pressure, Dewpoint Sessors, PT- 100 Sensors, Compound gauges, Flow Meters, Particle Counter.

- Handling of delicate Sensors, gauges, and transducers. (Pirani, Piezo, Dew point monitors and PT 100 sensors)
- Troubleshooting of various problems & Breakdown occurred in VPD & Machineries.
- Familiar with S7 300 PLC & Simatic Manager.
- PLC Programming SFC, LAD on TIA.
