Proconnect Supply Chain Known as 3PL warehousing & Logistics company & Am i handling the project of Havells India LTD & Product of LLOYD AC at Neemrana Plant, Also It is In_Plant Operation.

• Handling the complete warehouse operations of LLOYD AC the area of warehouse 1.30Lakh Square Feet.
• Managing the warehouse with 53 manpower including security.
• As 3PL operations coordinations with customers for any improvements & Ensuring that we are fulfill & Meetup with havells requirements.
• Supervised daily activity of Orders dispacth & Material Inward As per agreed timeline.
• Ensuring All reflected orders in SAP was dispatch with in cut off time & Also ensure vehicle availability for the same.
• Daily follow-Up with transporter for vehicle arrangement within 24 hours from Indent.
• Ensure the all indents vehicles will reach the warehouse within the agreed timebound If carrier partner unable to provide the vehicle then we can go for Spot bidding.
• Ensure Month End Billing orders will dispatched from warehouse within the 3 days of BBND, Otherwise it is direct impact on 3PL performance.
• Need transparency between Customers & company for smooth transition.
• Maintain the warehouse compound are fully hygiene & Followed by complete safety instruction of plant safety team.
• All the issue & Achievements are presents in weekly review meeting which is conducted by regional managements of company.
• Ensure the all manpower's follow all the rules of plant & Maintain the decorum of company.
• Ensure the all pending cases of CN & approval basis cases will be cleared before every month end.
• Daily basis reports MIS must be send to customers & Managements before warehouse close.
• Due to IN Plant Operations we must be coordinations with gate entry team of havells for smooth manage the vehicle gate out & Gate in.

• Responsible to manage dispatch of foods & Sweets of Pitaara Foods Ltd.
• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse dispatch Plan, Inventory control, floor maintain, Hygiene Maintain, Shipping, and Stocks availability to smooth operation.
• Responsible for scheduling the workload planning,Manpower management,Dispatch planning,Vehicle planning,Space planning,Allocation goods planning.
• Ensuring the Yesterday dispatch plan will dispatch on next day before EOD.Maintain the good relationships with Sales Team like ASM, ZSM, Agents and vendors.
• Ensure the previous month Batch will be clears on next month & Personally monitor on this to adhere this process.
• Managing the inter-warehouse shipments, maintaining control of all inventory, Ensure to the follow FIFO and LIFO.
• Supervises the all Dispatches like G to G and direct to dealers and agents, and maintain the sufficiency of stocks so orders requirements fulfill to be respective dealers and Agents.

• Responsible to manage the complete warehouse of USG Boral Bulding Products India Pvt. Ltd. As warehouse Incharge Under the TVSSCS.
• Supervised of 18000 square feet warehouse with team of 14 employees Including Security.
• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
• Ensure all shipments Planned vehicle dispatch by EOD.
• Coordinate with Boral plant for daily basis outward & Inward plan.

• Worked at Faridabad Location 1.05 lakh square feet warehouse As Warehouse Executive.
• Preparation Daily MIS Report was shared to all respective Managers & Sales Person for their work.
• Ensure the material will delivered On Time & Uploading the POD.
• Scheduled the plan for Door Delivery all shipment order will be dispatch & Delivery on same day.
• Ex Warehouse pickup dispatch as per customer, Handed over to customer person & Update the same in WMS & TMS.
• All dispatch details were updated in WMS & Delivery will update on TMS.After ERP updation completed then it will reflect in SAP( WMS ERP integrated in SAP).
• Courier Dockets generate thru ESHIPZ according to weight & Box Qty.
• Need to Ensure Which order ware not dispatched will do BBND within 3 days.
• Ensure the last 2 days dispatch orders will not appeare in pending dispatch report.
• Responsible to maintain all compliance file for ISO audit & Internally audit.

• Worked at Padartha (HARIDWAR) Patanjali Food & Herbal Park Corporate Office as Network & Tracking Executive.
• Responsible to update daily dispatch plan which was dispatched thry 3pl tpt vehicles.
• Responsible to update dispatch details in MIS on daily basis.
• Ensure the update delivery date in Web-x ERP.
• Tracking daily dispatch vehicles and update the location on MIS.
• Cordinate with drivers for current status of vehicle & Push to reach the destination as per TAT.
• Cordinate with cutomers to provide the vehicle & Driver Number.
• Responsible to help to all 3pl tpt for POD confirmation which was delivered but they don't have POD copy.
• 3PL Vendors vehicles placements thru Bidding(Web-x).
