- Database Creation: Installed and configured Oracle 21c, created, and managed the database using DBCA and the command line.

- User Administration: Create database users and custom roles. Managed permission using GRANT and REVOKE for schema-level security.
- Database Cloning and Multitenant: Cloned database using RMAN. Performed plug/unplug operations with PDBs (Pluggable Databases) in a CDB (Container Database) environment.
- Incident Resolution: Resolved multiple L1/L2 tickets via ServiceNow, including login issues, space management, user privileges, and session monitoring.
- Performance Monitoring: Used Oracle Enterprise Manager and AWR report for basic performance checks and tuning suggestions.
- Patching and upgrade: Learned the detailed procedure applied for patching and upgrading the version.
