• Case Management Practicum: Completed a practicum where I provided direct services to clients, conducted assessments, developed treatment plans and collaborated with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Community Needs Assessment: Led a project to conduct a need assessment in the local community, gathering data through surveys, Interviews and focus groups to identify gaps in services and advocate for resources to address them
• Program Evaluation: Conducted an evaluation of a community's effectiveness, identified areas for improvement, and recommended program refinement based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Advocacy and Policy Analysis: Analyzed social policies impacting vulnerable populations, and developed advocacy strategies to promote social justice and equity.

• 1 Month of Continuous Field work during my Master level at Jaintia Hills Development Society which dealt with the KHUBLEI Germany project
