• This application interacts with multiple REST APIs in order to create incident tickets and send notifications to corresponding sales & operation stakeholders via slack and email.

Project Brief: Part of the core team to set up server in HA mode to enable applications to continue to operate even if one of the IT components it depends on fails.

Core technology: Perl on windows, SNMP traps

Impact: New server led to drop in 95% data leakages using SNMP traps

Project Brief: Integration Testing (via unittest) for YangSuite

Worked on development of plugin using web based APIs

Core technology: Python using Django framework

Impact: This plugin tested individual units of code to ensure that each unit, such as a function or method, worked as intended and produces the expected output. It also minimizing code coverage issues.

• Design modeling and Post Production Support Experience for Monolith/AssureNow Software.
• Enabled features in software for:
• Alarm Generation
• KPI monitoring
• Device Interface Monitoring
• Device Discovery via SNMP Topology Event

Impact: This tool provided all the relevant information to the operations team to resolve incidents generated via Remedy tool. It facilitated gathering of data for better analysis of incidents related to network monitoring devices.

Project Brief: Devised and implemented architecture to incorporate monitoring of multiple network devices and manage them using SNMP protocol.

Core technology: Perl on windows, PL/SQL

Impact: This complete architecture helped monitor network devices so as to detect faults in right time and perform desired actions for running various operations smoothly.

• Independently handled Configuration Management using ClearCase and Shell Scripting.
• Designed backend for dashboard, using Perl and MySQL to monitor different KPIs to determine performance degradations.
• This dashboard helped in reduce memory leaks, slow response times and network errors.
